Is it normal for a dentist to freak out when you ask for ur medical records and or xrays? is it unusual 2 ask?

They are your property and the records are about you. You may have to pay a fee or copy fee as some do but you are entitled to your records. If she doesnt comply, tell her you will report her to the BBB or health board.
