Help my child fell off the minivan!?

My son fell off the top of our minivan this morning, I usually set him up there because its convenient, he was bleeding for a while so I used an old Navajo remedy involving a jar of aloe. But now he has been sleeping for about 7 hours and I am beginning to worry my insurance on it doesn't cover neglect and I feel like they might misconstrue this into neglect does anyone have any old remedies for head trauma???
