Your point being that two of all the world's animals, elephants, hippos, kangooroos, platypus, llamas, lions, jaguars, wolves etc, being in a ship for 40 days and not eating each other is a better explanation? On the basis of it being written by iron-age nomads? And this makes it more credible than the observations of all the world's scientists?
