Question to Christians?

Ok, so I hear all the time in the christian religion about how god is all mercy and allows people to have free will. But wouldnt an all knowing, all seeing, all hearing, omnipitent entity know what someone is going to do in their life eions before they are born. And if a person is going to hell, then didnt god know that, and create them anyways knowing that they will have eternal damnation and suffering. And if he is so merciful, why would he deliever his beloved creations to a land of eternal flame with his grotesque fallen angel Satan? When something is judged, it is being looked at upon its quality and character. Why would god have to judge you, if he is all knowing and knew you inside and out. Unless god creates people and has no idea what they will do in life, so he must judge them when they die. Then this would mean that he isnt all knowing and all seeing. Can a real christian explain this to me because it does not make sense to me?
