I spent over 30 minutes trying to put a single contact lenses in?

No matter how hard I try I just can't do it. I've watched tons of tutorial videos. The ophthalmologist I went to to get them at first place took like.. 4 minutes to get one in my eye and he had to soak my eye with the solution thingy too at some point. >.>
