My cat has watery eyes, clear discharge and nothing else.?

I got my cat in November she had a case of URI when I first got her and that cleared up. However, after that cleared up she got watery eyes, at first I thought it would go away and was just some type of allergies, but it continued. Just in one eye, she was sneezing or wheezing so I wasn't worried but it continued. I took her to the vet again, was given some type of eye antibotic but it hasn't helped. She has the occasionally eye booger, but a constant watery eye. She doesn't look in pain or anything. Anyone else have this, any suggestions?
