Is a degree from UOP good?

I graduate soon with a Bachelor's degree in Psych and will continue on for my Master's degree in Healthcare Admin. I would like to stay at UOP because I love the flexibility! I am a nurse and have had about 5 years experience with that but I am worried I will graduate and not be able to find a job with a degree from UOP. I have heard if you are furthering your education it should be ok and that is what I am doing.
