Why do you as a christian believe we are helpless sinners in need of a savior?

Jesus was beaten for your transgressions, not because Adam and Eve did something wrong and the great Righteous God gives life to cursed children. It is because you do not seek God and his righteous ways and die sinners before him and fall from the way. You are not helpless, Christians, a man can be good before God. God can do all things, you teach he can not make anyone one good, but he can come down and die and rise again because we can not help ourselves. All a man has to do is seek God and heaven and his righteous ways and have it added unto them. BUT no one seeks God and was falling from glory. SO God with love sent his only begotten son to die for you.
