What is the first thing you bought for baby when you found out you were expecting?

A week ago my husband and I got matched with a women who is placing her child up for adoption, we do not know the gender of the child but we are so excited. Anyways today I bought a little stuffed piglet toy, its pretty gender neutral and I cant wait to tell him or her that this little piglet doll is the first thing I bought for him or her.
