Imagine a detached purpose 1978 built block of 4 flats, 2 up 2 down.?

Depends how much time is left on the lease, the shorter it gets the less atractive the property is for any future buyers, the current owners should realise this, i reckon a few grand for each lease would be ok, but as i said depends how long left as some people just live for today...
