I have a diabetic cat who needs daily injections?

Tilly was diagnosed as diabetic october last year i have been able to cope with her up to now but she has got cute as in knowing what time her injections are. She now runs away or hides in totally inaccessible places. I am at my wits end she is now only at best getting 1 injection a day. I am stressed she is stressed. Is there any other way but injections? She is eating for england again. Is there any other way of getting insulin into her or am i going to have to have her put to sleep?
