How best to help friend whose husband died of cancer yesterday?

My husband died of pancreatic cancer almost two years ago. We have three grown daughters with their own families, I did not want to impose on them, so I had to cope with spending the nite alone. That first nite after he ped away was the hardest. We had been married 33 years. I am still getting use to this. Mu husband died in the early morning, i had been awake until about 30 minues before he died, i fell asleep, but he woke me up. I saw his spirit in my sleep and he called my name and i woke up. I was asleep for about 30 minutes. It very hard, but what can you do? You have to keep on going.
