Can't decide on a name for a character?

If this is for a story, then maybe something believable that her parents would have named her (otherwise maybe then a nickname to reflect her personality better than her given name). Kestrel sounds pretty way out there for a baby girl's name, so unless she has hippy folks, maybe not the name for her. Maybe she could be Kestie though. Drusilla sounds a bit of a different culture, not sure. I think Isobel or Cady (as in Candence). Iona is not that different, but it is still unusual. Maybe she could be Fiona and called Iona? What about Tully? Good luck with your story, if that is what it is.
