My car jerks when I put it into reverse and the D4 light blinks...?

If your D4 light is blinking it's throwing a transmission trouble code. Bring it to a transmission shop or dealership where they can put it on a scanner to find out what code it is. Chances are it's one of the many solenoids that your Honda has that's causing your problem. Good luck and hope this helps.
