Is this not tragic, unjust, discriminatory and unconstitutional? Please express your reaction without fail.?
Would you dare to contradict me if I say that India has two citizenry – India Residing Citizens and Non Resident Indian Citizens (NRI). NRIs slog outside India far away from their home and repatriate all their earnings to their mother country and India’s progress economically and scientifically is due to it. You know of India’s political discrimination. Its social discrimination is more tragic. The commercially oriented Churches raise its minority card for exploitation of the mes. The self-financing institutions mostly managed by the so-called holy shrouded priests charge fees higher than the government fixed rates for its reserved seats. Besides huge deposits the current fee is Rs.4.5 lakhs for India Residing Citizens and Rs.9.00 lakhs for Non Resident Indians. Is this not pathetic and tragically discriminatory over people who are the real, but hidden factor for India’s prosperity? Does judiciary endorses this type of ‘citizen discrimination’ and ‘educational prostitution’?
