I have a flat stomach but where my bellyon is it sticks out?

erm my m8 had one its just natural wer the doctors cut yur umbillical cord off wen u wer a baby. dont listen to 'Sarah' cos i saw another question answerd in nearly exactly the same way... they r just tryin to sell them berries.
