How can i keep all my wires and cables out of site?

Always a big problem, especially with all the stuff you have. Try wire loom. You can install it around the existing cables and wires without having to unplug everything and it hides everything nicely. It also comes in several colors other than black. You can buy it online or at any electrical supply or Radio Shack. See link below for picture. Good luck.
