Fruit pickers and wastage?

They don't have to do these tasks if they don't want to some foreign people do this job so they can make extra cash to travel around the country. People who do community service generally have poor attitudes and don't particularly care how long it takes to do a job and the farmers would like there produce picked as fast as possible and with as little damaged as possible.
